Book Fair 2021
We are excited to inform that you that the Book Fair arrives in school next week! (w/c 28th June) This popular annual event is loved by the children and the shelves are sure to be stocked with something for everyone. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions that are in place, we are unfortunately not able to run the fair in the usual way so the following measures have been put in place to ensure everyone’s safety:
- The Fair will have been quarantined for 2 weeks prior to its contact free delivery at the school.
- As ever, all classes will get the chance to visit the bookshelves when they arrive so that they can see what is available. They will not be able to purchase any books at this time, but will be given the opportunity to write a wish list. Please note that you are under no obligation to buy these books.
- Book sales will not be able to take place after school. Instead, you will be able to order books using the attached order form. There will be a list of all books that will be being delivered included within this week’s newsletter. This list will also be available to view on the school website under the ‘Book Fair’ tab on the homepage.
- No cash will be accepted as payment for books. Instead, you can pay for your chosen books online. Just visit www.travellingbooks.co.uk/pay and search for us by our postcode (RG22 6RE). There is also information on the order form about how to pay via gift voucher if you would prefer. Please include your payment reference on your order form – without this, we will be unable to order your books for you.
