Year R Admissions: September 2023
The YR Admission round opens on 1st November 2022 and closes at midnight on 15th January 2023
You will need to complete Hampshire County Council's on-line application form www.hants.gov.uk/admissions
and our Supplementary Information Form
which needs to be returned to the school office no later than midnight on 15th January 2023 with a copy of your child's baptismal certificate. Please check the table on pages 6 of the Admissions Arrangements to see if any further evidence is required.
Please note :
Pandemic Guidance : In the event that during any period specified for attendance at worship, the church has been closed for public worship and has not provided alternative premises for that worship, and/or the obligation to worship has been suspended, the requirements of these admissions arrangements in relation to attendance will only apply to the period when the church (or relevant place of worship) or alternative premises have been available for public worship and/or the obligation to worship has not been suspended.
If the church, relevant place of worship or alternative premises have been unavailable to the public for Sunday Mass for the entire period covered and/or the obligation to worship has been suspended for the entire period covered by the policy then this oversubscription criteria will not apply.
